4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) & include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We accept payments via debit/credit cards, EFT & cash for instore purchases.
4.3 Full payment is required before goods are dispatched or collected.
4.4 In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify an order.
5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Orders are processed within the specified timelines on our website.
5.2 Delivery fees are calculated based on location & order size.
5.3 We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
5.4 Customers must inspect goods upon delivery & report defects within 48 hours.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1 Customers may return products within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused & in their original packaging.
6.2 Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
6.3 Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy & may take up to 7 business days.
6.4 Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
