Return & Refund Policy

2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 This policy applies to all purchases made in-store and online.
2.2 We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
2.3 By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with this policy.
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Items can be returned within 7 working days from the date you receive your order.
3.2 Items must be returned in unused, unopened, and original packaging with the price tag still attached.
3.3 Certain items, including sale, promotional, or perishable goods, are non-returnable.
4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
4.1 If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement or refund.
4.2 You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
4.3 To report a defect or damage, email us at returns@emartexpress.co.za , providing detailed information and photos of the item.
4.4 Shipping costs for defective or damaged items will be covered by us.
5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 If a return qualifies for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.
5.2 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received.
5.3 Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
6.1 We accept exchanges for products of equal or greater value within 7 working days from receipt of the order.
6.2 The product being exchanged must be in original condition and packaging.
6.3 If the exchange involves a price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference.
7. RETURN SHIPPING
7.1 If the return is not due to a defect or damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
7.2 We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure the product reaches us safely.
7.3 For defective or damaged items, return shipping will be covered by us.
